Our main role is provide and manage our social housing stock. In addition to this LHA has developed the Linthouse Urban Village project which has seen the establishment of a
• community café
• film club
• gallery and office
• shop front improvement scheme

Our Future Plans
The next phase of development involves:
• the LUV farm – a £5M project to create a social enterprise hub in an old listed farmhouse situated in parkland in the middle of Govan
• the LUV station, an initiative to convert an old substation into managed workspace units for recycling businesses and
• the establishment of a recycling based social firm
