Privacy Policy

DTA Scotland respects the privacy of every individual who visits this website. If you provide us with contact details, for example by filling in the contact form, we will not use the information for any other purpose, nor will we disclose it to any third party.

We are required to collect information from our members, so that you can log in and edit your Directory of Members entry, but this information has been kept to a minimum and is only used to provide you with a service.

The email address in your site account (which you can change at any time) will be used by us to contact you if you click the Forgotten Password link or if we need to get in touch with you with regard to your directory entry.

Please be aware that all the information you provide on your Directory of Members page will be shown to all site visitors, so you should think carefully about whether you want to share a personal email address or phone number. Creating a generic organisation email is a sensible precaution that you should consider.

We would ask that you read the Terms & Conditions section to familiarise yourself with conditions which apply to all site users.

Please contact us if you have any further queries about our privacy policy.
